For the most part, it has been positive, particularly at my team level. There have been decisions made that I don't agree with, but I assume that is common with most workplaces.

Overall, I feel that I was passed up on a promotion that I should have been given because the "rules" used to determine who should be promoted were/are not clear. There really is nowhere for me to go from where I am.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Medical/Dental/Vision plans are very good.

I appreciated the mentor attitude of those who interviewed me.

They are doing a better job of communicating the company's initiatives.

They seem to be communicating frequently in the face of the pandemic. But it all seems a bit distant from my world.

We are all seasoned employees who know our jobs very well. We also have a vey high work ethic, and go out of our way to help one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am a remote employee and actually have been for quite some time, well before the pandemic. So I don't really have a feel for the culture of the company.
