We have a good split of work and fun play at the office. It creates a positive vibe throughout the company and involves a good amount employees at all times

They are some of the most honest and transparent executive team I have ever worked under. Not only are their missions and visions easily identifiable, they truly embody the idea of an open door policy, for all employees.

All of the additional benefits that we have available, outside of just the standard medical, dental, vision. It is obvious that our leadership team, and our CEO especially, really dug into the things that matter most and continue to do so year after year

I think our values and mission as a company really help to set the mood for our culture. We are focused on providing excellent service to our customers and, in doing so, creates a space of positivity and teamwork across the company regardless of your department

On my team especially, we are all pretty stuck in our lanes but that doesn't stop us from being ready to help each other whenever is needed. My team, HR Operations, strives to make Vertafore's employees feel supported and provide answers to the most common questions, from pay to benefits, together
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to do different projects to expand myself into what my career does. I have gotten more opportunities and learn more in one year at Vertafore than I would have gotten in three years somewhere else which is just amazing and continues to make me excited and happy to do new things

The transparency is amazing, It is very clear what our team is striving for, they often discuss with the entire company, and our CEO and other execs are always interested and happy to take part in Q&A's led by different groups within the company to help us get to know them and their values
