Everyone works hard to ensure team success and supports one another in their duties and day to day work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is well below those of my peers in the denver area and across other primary industry cities around the US. Market match would make me feel better about my compensation
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Organization set up to allow for clear communication and workflows. A move away from everyone as a resource and the attempt to squeeze every penny out of people, process, and activity. And when something is done (benifits/perks) they are done well not to a minimum that meets a marketing line.
