It's a role that I need to establish myself in before a better payday comes into effect. I knew this coming into the role, but I'm confident Vertafore will allow me to grow

I do feel that most people at Vertafore are paid at the low end of the national averages. There is a great feeling of continuity at Vertafore, but a slightly higher salary across the board could go a long ways!

I do feel that the market is moving crazy fast and there are a lot of companies out there improving employee salaries and range of benefits. In our department we've had a large amount of turnover including some pretty senior people
