Overall, I enjoy the people I work with and my immediate leadership. However, the issues of low pay and mass turnover need to be solved.

Leadership is in tune with the industry as a whole and clearly identifies our opportunities to penetrate the market.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a young and vibrant group of employees. There are multiple activities to get involved in outside of the office.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are sociable and passionate about what they do. They're supportive and will lend a helping hand even if it's not part of their responsibilities.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Turnover of both leadership and employees has created a disconnect. Paying employees fairly and improving the hiring process so that positions are filled quickly and efficiently would vastly improve employee satisfaction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the tech/software industry, salaries are on the low end of the spectrum. Raises range from 1% to 3% - hardly enough to keep up with inflation. Truly exceptional employees aren't rewarded with justified promotions or raises.
