The first two years were great. I continued to advance and I was clear on the vision of the company. As I grow further, I have more visibility into what I feel customers want from Vertafore and what we're actually doing. Most, but not all executive leaders see the same light which is problematic.

The team does well in communicating with each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels like a community.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the people the most. It's difficult to find a company where you actually feel that.
What makes you most happy at work?
The value I am able to bring though there are many roadblocks in improving processes and overall change management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary for my position is under market value. The limits in which employees get raises when promoted will cause attrition once the individual gets to a certain level.
