I have learned a lot, and have really solidified my work ethic here. I am happy with my decision to work here, because of the stability and teams. I do wish there were more advancement and I wish the pay was more, but overall I have had a good experience working here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is nice and willing to help. They are kind and smart.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the emails they send out with updates and changes, to let us know about things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the book club and activities like the virtual happy hour and fun competitions. It breaks up the fast paced work nicely, and reminds us to think of other things from time to time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued, because i have been told many times how great I do at my job, but there is no compensation or incentive to continue going above and beyond. The pay we get for our duties and responsibilities is incredibly bad.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like helping people, and teaching people new things to make their lives easier and their work better. I love that I get to talk to people who need us, and are respectful of what we do, so they actually listen to how we can help them. I love talking to my team and learning from them as well.
