I love working here. I almost accepted a job at Mass Mutual, Victoria called me a few weeks before starting and offered an interview. My manager and everyone at Windsor was very awesome and super supportive. I knew I wanted to work for Vertafore.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the rave points and incentives to work with my health insurance provider to get some extra dollars.
What makes you most happy at work?
Crunching through cases, learning a bit of new things, being confident in what i'm doing and getting along with the agencies I speak with on the phone. My self worth is very much tied to how I do at work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The support. I take on cases I might not have all the answers on knowing they are there. I have a bit of anxiety and it makes me confident knowing they're there. Theres no belittling either, just support. Blows my previous employer out of the water.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I get emails and see the direction the people in charge are taking the company, it makes me confident and know I dont need to pay attention to that, I can just focus on my job. I do what I'm supposed to know I know they are doing whats best for the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything seems fresh and new. I know the only constant is change and it seems like V4 fully embraces that. It makes me feel good knowing the younger gen is taking the reigns and leading things right. I'm 37, I want to know that as i'm going my part they are doing theirs and they are.
