It's only been a bit over 3 months, completely work from home, but I appreciate my team, I enjoy the work, and I'm overall happy.

Getting projects finished and learning
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly haven't used the healthcare yet, but I like the IRA matching. Don't get me wrong, 100% matching would be preferable, but I appreciate the 50%.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hard to say since I've been working from home the whole time, but for my team specifically, I really like the balance between the support I receive, and the ability to focus on my work without unnecessary meetings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate how well the leadership has handled the Covid pandemic, and making sure we're all comfortable and safe, and still able to be productive. My team manager is also fantastic and it's clear he cares about his team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The custom team is amazing. It's small and every person, both the business analysts and the engineers and manager have taken time to make sure I am comfortable, learning, and able to do my best work. I really like all of them. Renu in particular is an amazing Sr Engineer and I've learned a lot.
