The pay is very fair for the role and expectations. Also love the subsidized pet insurance - we needed it this year!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are incredibly transparent and very involved with our customers directly, but in a way that is supportive as opposed to overbearing. They genuinely want to help every team be successful
