Being a long-term employee, there are many things I like about this company, but the negative things overshadow the positive. Working in the Rating & Connectivity division is unpleasant. Mgmt micromanages too much, pay is not consistent with the job expectations & there is no room for advancement.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Rating & Connectivity management do not care about their employees, pay is dismal, no room for advancement, they prefer to micro-manage.
