Earlier the pay is great from Vertafore. But i am not getting the pay as per my experience.

Apart from low Salary as per my experience and market standards , everything is good at Vertafore.

Time line should be proper and clear and need to provide before discussing with respective employee
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked complete year but, not get what i deserve and its really making me to not to put any of my effort here after on work.

I am not getting any extra Perks rather than my Salary and Internet bill with T&C . Also my salary is not at all fair as per my Performance and experience.
