I have great feeling working with Vertafore. Company Leadership team doing enough for employees. but again as i feel Indian Manager's are not worthy of given full confidence that they'll only reward hardworking and most eligible for promotions. because Indian manager's reward whom they know well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team have great bonding and Team lead support for each and every task assigned to us. we collaborate and we achieve whatever we goal we plan as a team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility about work time and support from every team towards all member's is great thing happening. I will say US team doing great but they must look in to India with more focus and considering Cons of Indian employees specially Manager level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the new process of improvement and employee growths implemented by our leadership team. but we can't compare everyone Manager's with same gauges. in India Managers favor their near and dear's so internal mobility completely based on manager review may be ok in US but In India no transparency
What makes you most happy at work?
When i get some good feedback from Client about my work or Team work gives great feeling. and meanwhile Manager's appreciation also gives satisfaction. One more thing if something new i could explain to my Junior's in team and we reach to team goal assigned gives happy feeling
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I Feel Leadership team must look at India's internal mobility program. In a Panel of India center Interview's their must be One Manager from US or Neutral Venue Team. I see many employees overpaid and many like us underpaid. Transparency is lacking in internal mobility. Record interview and review
