Regular meetings with the CEO and surveys.

should evaluate if the persons in respective positions are deserving those positions. Are they really have the capabilities required for those positions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am performing exceeding the expectations in deliverables perspective and evaluated as exceed expectations in all the goals. But still got meets expectations as a final verdict because of having interpersonal skills which meet expectations on the reviewer opinion.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Everything is Developer driven. Lead, Manager always favors the developers. QA is not given any importance. The manager thinks that 80% of the QA work can be done by any developer and in most critical situations QA will be pushed under rush without any considerations.
