I am performing exceeding the expectations in deliverables perspective and evaluated as exceed expectations in all the goals. But still got meets expectations as a final verdict because of having interpersonal skills which meet expectations on the reviewer opinion.
Everything is Developer driven. Lead, Manager always favors the developers. QA is not given any importance. The manager thinks that 80% of the QA work can be done by any developer and in most critical situations QA will be pushed under rush without any considerations.
