Working from home is comfortable. working remote brought team members close by understanding eachother

Recognizes the work done by the individual and encourage to improve ourselves functionally and technically.

Every team member provide support whenever required Always willing to share work and work together in weekends

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

All team member including managers involve and encourage in entertainment activities and at work everyone will ready to help any point of time

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Comparing with market value with designation and experiences we are not paid up to the mark. Benefits like parent insurance need to be provided by company and leaves policy for paternity leave is only 1 day which need to be more like a week.
