1. Employee Growth is slow because the hierarchies is short. 2. Employee at India are not getting any perks and benefits other than the Salary. 3. Offices in India are yet to be open. 4. A Promotion with zero hike is really painful. 5. Worklife balance is good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1. Employees at the same level are being paid differently just because their previous (company) salary was different. 2. This year employees did not get promotion hikes. 3. There are no perks or benefits other than salary, Not even team lunch & outings. 4. Management at India is too stingy.
