One of the main reasons is appraisal, last appraisal is not good as per my expectation

Many modules which I know much batter and server upgrade task, also get changes to create applications for internal use

Every weekend they check some process to confirm every thing is good and if something wrong and required then they are available to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In last year Moved me in other projects which is more complex to handle and deal with releases and issues and I am spending more efforts so excepting much more in this year appraisal
