Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The merit increment we get is not enough compare to our work, As we have lack of staff we are doing overtime due to work load. Compared to that we are not receiving satisfying salary increments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary increment or merit increment is not satisfying as we are doing overtime work since the Work From Home started. Due to lack of staff resources our work load is increased but compare to the workload salary is not increased. So I am not satisfy with my merit increment.
