What are some of the best things about your team?
My team of 3 members... which includes my manager and my colleague. I dont have such good impression on both of them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I was not given hike this last time and the hike I received in Oct was very less than I deserve.

My team of 3 members... which includes my manager and my colleague. I dont have such good impression on both of them and there will be no working together.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Nothing.. Leadership team is the best...But the issue is with the Manager iam working with, who will never care to see their team mate capabilities and trust some third person words :(
