What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe it is all great but simply having the flex PTO would be number one.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone looks out for each other and helps each other. I have been on multiple different teams at Vertafore now and all are ready to help any way that they can and great to get along with and work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not only do they pay attention to what is best for the customers, product, and employees but they actually act on it. They have been clear on goals and objectives even throughout the pandemic never leaving you wondering where we are heading.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I can make a difference. This can be from making a positive impact with a customer or being part of something to improve an experience or product. Then in that process working with a great team to get it done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They care about your development. If it is taking on something new in your current position or even trying to move to a new position within Vertafore you are 100% backed and supported with what you want to do. Essentially just proving employees are valued and taken care of.
