Everyone feels replaceable at any time. They say they do "Market Benchmarking" on pay, but provide no insight on how it works and pay is generally 15-20% lower than similar openings at other companies.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing clear direction on initiatives rather than sweeping industry generalizations (they say things like "Our focus is to modernize our customers" with no input or guidence on how individuals contribute to that). Reduce interdepartment fighting Pay employees competitive wages
