The people are good so the work environment is friendly. The only concern is salary, career growth and benefits which are not competitive. Employee retention ration is also very less.

No I do not feel undervalued but compensation would be better as it it too low for meeting expectations.

Salary and benefits should be competitive. It is getting hard to sustain in this salary and benefit. This is the main reason people leave the organisation , otherwise people are happy to work here.
