
Pros: 1.Good team very communicative. 2.Good leadership getting proper updates of company level changes. 3.IJP is a good option to improve your position and compensation. Cons: 1.So many late night works. 2.There is no proper trainings for new joiners so there is some more work burden for experience

Need to prepare a plan to improve manger and employee relation for better productivity.
Not up to market standards it is hard to get good hike now in company.
Need to give guidelines to the mangers to maintain proper timings for lunch and other things.
Management is taking nice care to employees now but there is some thing management missing to track employee working hours or timings and the interaction between the teams.
There is no backup for the team if I went long leave there is no one to answer, mangers will call directly any time even in midnights for every item. If it is critical or high priority we can understand but it is not suggestable for every item.
