Based on my skills and work I am doing I expect more than the current compensation. I would like an increment of at least 5k per month to my current compensation

Quick response from coworker (where I need his/her help or assistance or I am waiting from his/her) or team lead or manager. And an identity when we work fast or hard or smart
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to understand requirements correctly and try to be less dependable on others and also try to understand the work flow in KT sessions instead of getting back multiple times for the same work doing again. No one can spoon feed for experience candidates if they are acting like fresher
