It was easy to clarify the doubts directly rather than virtually .There we used to discuss how many possibilities we can do the work . Directly connecting is more effective than virtual connecting

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was paid very less than expected .I am not satisfied with the pay when compared to the work we are doing. Proper pay should be given to the work we are doing and also based on performance which was not happening during the pay
