All are ready to help each other provided they find out some time. You are not micro managed
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when the resources I have trained perform extremely well and are selected for nominations/rewards. I am also happy when I get oppurtunities to learn new things
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think The resources who are being trained by me are doing very good achieving Employee of the month / year. When I am able to give good people to the organization at fresher level I think I should be valued more than what I am being valued now
