Company culture and environment. Day to day work which gives us challenges and we need to find the solutions.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Best thing about my team is they are technically sound, fostering good environment and culture. They are kind of subject matter experts and solve/support any roadblocks. they respect their team members and help them to grow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a rapid development process with many tasks on hand. It allows us to sharpen our time management and task management skills. Also transparency and other benefits for Employee is one of the Positive factor for good culture and environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are getting lots of benefits with compensation package like Health insurance, term insurance, RAVE points, lots of leaves, open and transparent environment, training and development programs, NPS, PF & VPF and many more. Best part of compensation package is training and development programs.
What makes you most happy at work?
Challenges, with current work style, everyday we are having one of more challenges. I liked challenges and that keeps me happy at work. Vertafore also provides us option to learn new things by attending training or videos through linked in learning which helps us to improve our skills.
