It is a fixed package. Also, PF is less which allows us to invest ourselves

Work culture is overall good. There is no heirarchy and people can voice their opiniions freely.

They help each other when needed and are supportive of individual aspirations. They are not threatened by each other but recognise each one has a place and purpose in the team to keep them going.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
India leadership is in a "retention" mode and not in the "motivation" mode. If any one wants to leave, they try to retain them but they dont care about the people who are working tirelessly. Also, compensation decisions need to be given to the technical directors instead of the HR.
