we only work on one project and some times it gets boring.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The level of the employee and the salary for some of them does not match at all, more over i gained the idea that the company is only willing to give only 1 digit hike and i don't think which is good for the lower level employee.
