Not fairly paid as per the work done. Lack of appreciation and encouragement. Biased decisions, more tends towards Development team.

The job profile and the actual responsibilities do not match. One should be paid enough with respect to the hard work put in.

Work Flow when it is constant and balance, but at times it is irritating due to the imbalance in workload and you feel burdened

The way they think about creating a better enviornment for each employee. Especially, during the Covid Times the company proved of really caring about the employee. Can be in terms of WFH stipend, or leaves or the Insurance policies.
