Compensation should be given based on the Hardwork, dedication and product knowledge, along with that quality of the work delivered in a stipulated time

I am not at all satisfied with the compensation though I have been working for the company since long time and putting my efforts to deliver the good quality of product to customers No one cares about my concerns even requested multiple times. I should get more than current for my hardwork
