i am paid less compared to my peers and provided same role along with less experienced

the process should be stream lined across all cross teams, every one should know how the other teams work and their process

i was downgraded with 2 levels during CSSI and Vertafore merging, as the Product management is not having the Manager role. i am really disappointed knowing this recently.
