Compared to the efforts i have put in the last two years and the compensation i recieved is not at all satisfactory as compared to our experience our CTC is too less

1.When ever i learn new things and 2.if something is started with of zero knowledge and accomplishes it with leadership appreciation along with the Bonus for my efforts that makes most happy
