That we are truly a team. Everyone works together to resolve issues or think of new ways of doing something.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to help people. It's a different way of helping, but if I can make things more efficient or help someone learn something new I am happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love all the different groups that you can be a part of and that we have a Refresh and Recharge Day. The culture to me is that the company cares.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have complete control over my success. If I work hard, I am rewarded for it. If I am successful, I have contributed my part to making sure the whole company is successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the transparency and openness to discuss what is happening with the company and what they are looking for. I feel treated as more than just an employee and a number, but also a person who is part of the family/team.
