coming from a more formal business environment, it's refreshing to be treated as an adult, and held responsible as an adult.

as a WFM employee, I've only had a small taste of office work. I can say it's geared towards our younger workers - I don't mean that in a bad way, it's just very different from previous employers

Everyone is very welcoming. I know if I have a question about anything, i can reach out to the team. Since many of us work from home, I enjoy the occasional lunch or social gathering to get to know them better
