Company is very good , i feel it would be better normalize the pay based on experience for existing employees and also promotions instead of going for Internal job postings

I have been waiting for last 2 years to get pay raise, Every year i am hearing different reasons those are not related to my work, it's related to domain change and other team member package, i have expected decent increment
