The company and CEO overall are great. Lack of promotions and raises within the same team hurt significantly. Management lacks the ability to make meaningful changes, and doesn't care about those who report to them. Benefits are great, but being decreased during Covid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises are only given out with promotions, and promotions rarely given out if a new position isn't created for the individual. Only options are to move to another team, and hope you can climb during that. Or stay stagnant in your position.
