There are no boundaries for approachability whether it be with same-job peers, other departments, and even other countries.

They are very approachable. Also, they don't only "speak" the work/life balance health - they ACT on it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
So approachable. Everyone seems to look out for each other so that both teammates and customers are getting the best experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Looking at local entry-level positions in my area, there are opportunities to make more money in several retail positions than with this position which I feel requires strong skills.
