
Overall, I am satisfied and proud that I choose this company to work with and vice versa. I request senior leadership team (India) not to sound like bosses but as leaders. Grilling managers over team resignations won't help. Market is so high people choose their careers as they prefer.

Empathetic and allows the team to be flexible. Gives opportunity for me to present my ideas and values it as well.
Leadership team, Particularly, My Manager is flexible, not micro-monitoring me and will give the freedom that is required. Will also listen to my suggestions carefully. Leadership team is trying their best to do the needful.
Set of shared values, goals, attitudes and practices. I should feel good about the work I do and feel content on most of the aspects. Vertafore as a company became my favorite for these reasons.
1. Policies should be better. Having a policy like Internet reimbursement and not providing it citing various reasons is not good. There is no response also on employees questions on the same when mailed. 2. Pls understand market trends and company business and provide fair salary.We are ok that way
Please see the market value of a position and match it. I am not expecting anything more. Also, some of the benefits needs improvement. For e.g. Sodexo cards at India - Other companies allow to take around 3000 rs to it. Here, we are getting Rs. 1000. Similarly, education benefit with Udemy is good.
