We're all passionate about what we do. We have strong opinions about how we should go about accomplishing our goals, but at the end of the day we get things done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all what to help each other learn. We have our internal developer conference each year where we present topics to each other. We have our mentoring program, and people are also very willing to share knowledge on a daily basis.
