In general, positive. However, there is not much room for advancement, career path is never discussed or planned for with management. And we make the same recurring mistakes with product rollouts which gets frustrating.

I spent a lot of time scoping and contracting PS projects, which do not reflect in my quota attainment or compensation.

Depending on the person/dept, I love the way everyone works together to support our clients. In most cases, it does feel like everyone is invested in great customer outcomes.
