they are compassionate and very well at communicating.

The laid back environment. The upgraded workspaces. The free perks.

Everyone does a very good job at making sure everyone is included.

The Flex PTO and the yearly bonuses. I wish they were quarterly or even semi-annual.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When we are in the office there was plenty of opportunity for socializing and getting to know people in other departments at Happy Hours or other company events.
