Working from home has been amazing. I am happy that my company mobilized so quickly and that we have been allowed to work from home in safety. I do not want to go back into the office. It just is not safe.

Unlimited PTO. Its nice to know you have the time off you need with no penalties
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
currently, working from home has been amazing. I do not want to go back to the office. With COVID being what it is having to go back would be very counter productive.
