They are genuine, welcoming and collaborative. Egos are minimal and attitude toward complex issues is excellent. There are no mercurial personalities and no intimidation by senior executives like you see in some large organizations.

The leadership team is very approachable and genuine. They are invested in building a great culture at Vertafore and want to the best they can by their employees and clients. There is bound to be changes when companies strive to continuously improve and Vertafore is not immune to that.
