I liked my most recent boss. She was tough but really promoted teamwork to reach the goal.

Management was encouraging and seemed to genuinely care about their employees. However, executives keep lowering the sales commission structure and they don't even pay a base rate / salary. If you want to keep good employees, they need a reason to stay when tours are slow.

I loved that we could earn COMMISSIONS

Compensation is great. With the benefits that they offer the 401K and insurance, Garenteed 40 Hours year round. it really can be a great company to work for

We are helping people gain family vacation time at a reasonable price
