What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being an executive is difficult and you won't be able to please everybody. I think they do a solid job as Zwift has been going through solid growth, attempts to improve our community, and makes it clear of what our organizational goals are.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free healthcare, 401k matching, employee stock options, LSA reimbursements, and the fitness program options

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued per se, but I do think my compensation can be a little bit more competitive especially with the volume we have as a department.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The accounting team although are pretty quiet but we all have different personalities but as a team we're so strong as we actual get along very well and work as a team with no issues within the team.

We have no drama or tension in our team. Everyone is easy going. Our managers are all easy to communicate with and are transparent with expectations. I feel like we are verbally recognized and def feel like a valued team member where my contribution is valued. Given opportunities for growth.

The team has been more than welcoming, even though I started remotely during Covid. They always try to include me and they schedule team rides.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's certainly gone down the past 2 years between the limited exposure to different people and the exponential growth the company has been going through so there's a lack of interdepartmental "friends" but I think the inclusion of the DEIB team displays what Zwift should stand for.

What makes you most happy at work?
Work wise our accounting team makes work easier to get through since we're here for one another but generally riding or running on Zwift or IRL with coworkers makes me the most happy.
