I feel that if you're a learning ambassador and onboard all the new hires and train everyone you should get some sort of raise.

Hold everyone at the same standards, as they do people they have do more critical roles but don't get a raise for. You can't just wave your finger at someone and day no and expect change, you need to hold them accountable, and write them up or fire them. Otherwise the culture will only get worse.
