Feeling valued and fairly compensated for my work, feeling like my feedback and insight are acknowledged and listened to. Having clear directions and expectations.

Warum fühlen Sie sich unterbewertet und was würde Sie bei Ihrer Vergütung besser fühlen lassen?

No yearly raises makes it hard to feel valued, the salary is not super competitive when comparing to other call center jobs in my area.

Was gefällt dir am besten am Führungsteam?

My manager Elie Cherfane is caring and deeply involved in our day-to-day operations, he's always there for us when we need him. He's been a great mentor to me personally, and has helped me elevate my work.
