While cp360 is an up and coming BPO, I can't help to compare my experience with bigger and more established BPO brands we have in the field. it's a 5/10 overall.

CP360 is a fairly average mid-size BPO company. With growth and getting new portfolio in mind, the executive team does it well. Better benefits overall can be better though.
