It varies from good to poor. The good is based on my subordinates and peers. The poor is based on leadership. It is mainly based on the fact that questions are avoided and unanswered. The company seems to only want to save money. It takes money to make money and retain money.

The fear of unemployment when my opinion is voiced. A better compensation structure with adequate salary expectations that would make agents strive to grow to the role I currently occupy.

The team needs to be revamped to be more open to suggestions of improvement from the agents or members of operations. The opportunity for growth exist but only for the title and increase in responsibility, not financially. Promotions are seen as more responsibility and accountability, not growth.
